Rental Policy

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required is required at the time the reservation is made. This may be paid with Visa/ MC/ Personal Check. Balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card; unless paying by check.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice must be given forty-five (45) days prior to arrival to receive a refund of deposit / prepayment. There will be a $50.00 service charge per unit deducted from any refund. Should cancellation occur after the forty-five (45) day period, your deposit / prepayment cannot be refunded.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300.00 security / damage deposit will be held against your charge card. This amount is to cover damages, missing items, extra housekeeping, and exceeding occupancy limits. Unit(s) are inspected after your departure and provided there has been no damage to the unit, your SECURITY DEPOSIT will be returned within five (5) working days. The Rental Agent reserves the right to pursue further action(s) to recover any and all costs to include but not limited to repairs, attorney costs, insurance and court fees that may result from damages.

CRANMORE CONDOS: CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 3PM or after. You may pick up your Arrival Packet at the Cranmore Family Fitness Center. Envelope will include keys, guest parking permits and directions to your unit. KEY BOX is located at the base of the outside deck of the Cranmore Family Fitness Center; go to deck stairs, box on right; your packet will be inside.

CATHEDRAL LEDGE CONDOS: CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 4PM or after. Located on Rt. 16/302 just north of North Conway Village. Just past Scenic Vista, take R onto Rt. 16A, immediate R into Cathedral Ledge. Front desk open Friday & Saturday nights until 11:00pm for key pick-up. Please call if arriving after hours; 603-356-6335 ext. 2. Check-out is at 11 AM.

LINDERHOF/ OTHER LOCATIONS: CHECK-IN TIME IS 3PM or after. Pick up your check-in packet at the Lyon Private Realty Brokerage office. Rt. 16/302, 1 mile past Scenic Vista in Intervale, office on left, right after Art Lee Flooring, Office sign over entrance. Key Box on outside of building. Your packet will be inside the box; packets includes keys, directions to your unit.

CHECKOUT TIME IS AT 10 A.M.: PLEASE RETURN YOUR KEYS TO THE BOX WHERE YOU PICKED THEM UP. There is a $30.00 service charge for lost/missing keys.

OCCUPANCY: If occupancy is found to be greater than that listed at the time of reservation/confirmation, a fee of $100.00 per person per night will be charged to your account.

PRIVACY: Please respect the rights of owners and other guests by being courteous and quiet during your stay with us.

CRANMORE FAMILY FITNESS CENTER: We are pleased to offer the fitness center to our renters at the daily Guest Fee: $12.00/day/adult; $6.00/day/child 13 & under; under 5 free w/ paying adult. Purchase at CFFC Front Desk.

TELEPHONE: Calls made beyond the 356, 447, and 383 prefixes are long distance and must be charged to your home telephone, calling or credit card. Any charges incurred will be the responsibility of the renter.

FORFEITURE: Failure to abide by these policies may result in your reservation being canceled, which would include your right to occupy the unit(s), any other privileges included in your package and no refund.

DEPARTURE: Cranmore Vacations WILL NOT be responsible for any articles or items that are left in the unit. Please take the time to check.

PARKING AT CRANMORE: Only two (2) vehicles are allowed per rental to park next to the unit. The “Guest Parking Permit” MUST be displayed on the dash of your vehicle when on property. Additional parking is available at the cul-de-sac (units 38-50) and at the entrance (left) to the North Chair Road.

LINENS: Your unit will be made up with fresh linens, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags.

LOFT: Please be advised that children under the age of eight (8) years should be supervised during access/egress (ladder) and general use of this area.

PETS: We regret that pets are NOT allowed in any rental unit at any time.

SMOKING: All units are NON SMOKING, please respect this policy.

BARBECUES: Barbecues are not allowed on the decks. Some units have B-B-Qs; you may use, if provided.

TRASH: All trash/waste MUST be removed at the time of departure:

  • Cranmore: the Central Collection Area is located near the entrance of North Chair road (see map on Arrival Packet)
  • Linderhof: the Central Collection Area is located at Linderhof Golf Course, Rt. 16, across from Heritage NH; proceed around circle, take right to Clubhouse, dumpster on left behind Clubhouse
  • Cathedral Ledge: dumpsters on property
  • Other Locations: bag trash, leave in kitchen.

SKIS: Please store your skis in a safe area.

TRAIL SAFETY: Grooming / maintenance vehicles can / will be on the trail at all times of the day. Please do not allow anyone in your party to sled, tube, or walk on the trails at any time.

FIREPLACE: Please refer to the operating directions on mantel of fireplace. Any damage due to improper operation will be the responsibility of the renter.
